For most loyal wm996 members, the VIP programme is more than a label or status – it's part of a more enjoyable and rewarding gaming experience. Many of our long-standing members share that one key reason they stay with wm996 is the way they're treated as VIP members.
Take weekly cashback as an example. For regular members on other platforms, a bad week can feel truly discouraging. But for wm996 Gold VIP members, 6% cashback means even if you have a net loss of RM 1,000 in a week, you automatically get RM 60 back – no request needed. For Diamond members with 10% cashback, that amount can be quite significant by month's end.
Withdrawal speed is something often overlooked until you actually need it. Imagine winning big on a Friday night and wanting to cash out for the weekend. As a wm996 Diamond VIP member, your funds reach your bank account within 5 minutes – not tomorrow, not in 2 hours. This isn't an empty promise; it's wm996's commitment to our premium members.
A personal account manager is another aspect that sets wm996 apart from other platforms. This isn't just standard customer service – your personal manager knows your gaming profile, can tailor bonus offers to your needs, and is ready to assist with any technical or payment issues whenever you need them. Many of our Gold and Diamond VIP members consider their personal manager the most valuable part of their wm996 experience.
Exclusive event invitations are one VIP perk rarely offered by other platforms in the Malaysian market. wm996 regularly organizes special events for VIP members – from casual meet-ups to exclusive sporting events and high-prize gaming tournaments. This is more than just gaming; it's a community we build together with our loyal members.
Transparency is a core value we uphold in the wm996 VIP programme. All conditions for levelling up, maintaining your tier, and receiving benefits are clearly stated – no unpleasant surprises, no hidden terms. We believe long-term relationships are built on trust, and trust starts with honesty.
Pro Tip: Playing consistently is more effective than occasional large deposits. Steady daily activity accelerates your VIP point accumulation.
