Wm996 is more than just an online gaming platform. We are a digital entertainment community built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering a safe, enjoyable, and fair gaming experience to every user across Malaysia.
When wm996 first launched, we had one goal: to bring a world-class digital entertainment experience to Malaysian users from the comfort of their own homes. At the time, the online gaming industry in Malaysia was dominated by foreign platforms that didn't understand local needs and preferences. We saw that gap as an opportunity — and we stepped in.
From day one, wm996 has been committed to building a platform that is not only entertaining but also safe, transparent, and responsible. Every decision we make – from selecting game providers and designing the interface to setting payment policies – centers on one question: is this the best choice for our users?
Today, wm996 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted digital entertainment platforms, with over half a million active registered members. This growth isn't the result of marketing alone — it's proof of the trust placed in us by every user who chooses to stay with us.
To become Malaysia's top digital entertainment platform of choice, known not only for its game collection but for its trust, transparency and commitment to user well-being.
To deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable digital entertainment experience through the latest technology, friendly customer support and a gaming ecosystem that continuously evolves to meet the needs of Malaysian users.
Trust, transparency, responsibility, innovation and user safety — these five values are the foundation of every decision and action taken by the wm996 team each day.
Every feature we build comes directly from Malaysian user feedback – not guesswork.
Wm996 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all financial transactions and personal user data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for every account, ensuring that only the rightful owner can access their account.
Deposits are credited in under 5 minutes via FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and local bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 60 minutes — among the fastest in the industry for Malaysian users.
From classic slots to interactive fish shooting, live sports, esports betting and casino games — wm996 brings together over 300 titles from international premium providers on one easily accessible platform.
The wm996 platform is built mobile-first – every game and feature runs seamlessly on any smartphone with no app download required. Just open your browser and play instantly from anywhere.
The wm996 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Malay and English. Live chat, email and Telegram are available — your questions will be answered by real agents, not automated bots.
Wm996 provides deposit limit tools, session time controls, and self-exclusion options that every user can configure according to their own needs. We take our users' well-being seriously, both on and off the gaming floor.
Every milestone wm996 has achieved is the result of our team's hard work and the trust our loyal users have placed in us over the years. This is our journey from humble beginnings to the platform you know today.
Wm996 was founded when a group of Malaysian tech industry professionals recognized a gap in the market: a lack of digital entertainment platforms that truly understood the needs of local users. The foreign platforms available at the time consistently fell short for Malaysian players in terms of language, payment methods, and customer support.
The wm996 engineering team spent over a year building a platform infrastructure capable of handling millions of simultaneous transactions without disruption. The encryption systems, payment processing and security mechanisms were rigorously tested before the official launch.
The official launch of wm996 was met with overwhelming enthusiasm, drawing thousands of registrations in the first week. The initial lineup of premium slots and fish shooting games from top-tier providers resonated strongly with players hungry for quality choices in a familiar local experience.
Within less than a year of launch, wm996 reached 100,000 registered members — surpassing our initial expectations. The positive feedback from users pushed us to keep expanding our game collection and continuously improving the user experience.
Today, wm996 is proud to have over 500,000 active members, a collection of more than 300 games, a tiered VIP program and monthly cash prize tournaments. But we're not stopping here — continuous innovation is our promise to every loyal wm996 user.
Every action we take is built on trust earned through consistent behavior, not just promises.
Our payout policies, return ratios and game terms are clearly stated with no hidden conditions.

One of the things that sets wm996 apart from other platforms is our deep understanding of Malaysian users. We know that local players prioritize convenient payments through familiar local banks and everyday digital wallets. We know they want an interface that is easy to navigate in their own language. And we know they need confidence that their money is safe and can be withdrawn easily whenever they need it.
This understanding doesn't come from market research alone — it comes from the wm996 team's daily interactions with users, from thousands of support tickets processed, from feedback received via social media and from direct conversations within our community. Every piece of input is used to continuously improve the platform and keep wm996 relevant and useful for Malaysian users.
Wm996 never stops expanding its game collection. Every month, new titles from premium providers such as JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, CQ9 Gaming, Spade Gaming, and many more are added to the platform. Each new title goes through a rigorous evaluation by our games team before launch – we verify that the graphics, game mechanics, RTP value, and technical stability all meet the high standards we hold for wm996 users.
Beyond that, wm996 actively seeks feedback from users on the games they want to see on the platform. Community suggestions have led to several popular titles being added to the wm996 collection — clear proof that we genuinely listen to our users and act on what they say.
Security is not just an added feature at wm996 — it is the core of every layer of our platform. Our KYC verification system verifies the identity of every user to protect all members from fraud and unauthorized access. 256-bit SSL encryption ensures all data transmitted between your browser and wm996 servers cannot be intercepted by third parties.
Additionally, wm996 operates a real-time threat monitoring system that automatically detects and blocks suspicious activity. If the system flags any anomaly on your account – such as a login attempt from an unusual location – you will be notified immediately by email or SMS, and access will be suspended pending verification from you.
Wm996 believes that loyal users deserve to be rewarded in meaningful ways. Our VIP Program spans several tiers – from Standard Member to Platinum VIP – with each level unlocking increasingly valuable benefits. These include priority withdrawal processing, exclusive deposit bonuses, personal account management, invitations to closed VIP tournaments, and personalized birthday gifts.
What makes the wm996 VIP Program different is its transparent points system – you know exactly how many points you have, how many you need to level up, and what rewards await you. No hidden conditions, no expiry on accumulated points, and no unpleasant surprises.
